PPI Claiming back costs

  • I really think the op should re-claim the fee from the CMC then contact BH and offer to repay the money as there has been some kind of mistake . . .

. . . the op should then make a complaint to the motor dealer who will most probably dismiss it, which would put the op back in the position he was . . . etc etc etc
  • Yes I know I didn't have to approach a PPI Company, surely you can read what actually happened I approached the lender who also provided the PPI and it wrongfully got rejected, it appears people on here don`t actually believe what has happened and who provided the PPI. For the last time Black Horse Motor Finance provided the loan and the PPI NOT THE RETAILER

Yes, so it was your choice to employ and pay them and no refund can be sought or will be given.

The provision of the PPI has nothing to do with it's (mis)selling. You complain to the seller in a mis-selling complaint, just as FOS apparently told you. You also only get one bite of the cherry and can complain (with or without a CMC) only once.
    For the last time…
Yes, time to end this merry-go-round now.

And once again...THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE, NOT THE PROVIDER......
