Found Paypal's Facebook page & left a message on there. Shortly afterwards I was asked to PM my problem over to them & a nice lady called Sophie is now dealing with it. Problem is at paypal and hope to have it resolved very soon, she will keep in touch. So fingers crossed

Have you had a change of card or do you have two cards listed as payment methods.

I had the same problem and I had replaced my card and both the old and the new card was listed. Once I had remove the old card it worked fine for me

Just to confirm..do paypal actually take from your bank account or your paypal account.??
Such confusing rules.
