Nope you can't stop them with conventional means such as your number on the TPS, or you can do as this bloke did

No, but since post #2 you've been constantly told that you can simply ignore them and complain to their regulator about their activities.

Tthis post is a bit pointless now as there is everybody's posts between 9:06 am. on 24 November and 2:34 pm on 25 November has been removed.

Options include investing in an Acme Thunderer.

A little more expensive is a sysem to record calls - ideally one that comes in to your PC.

You can then forward the recording to the claims regulator. It also gives you scope to issue notice of the rates you will charge them for the privelege of calling you in the future.

Got a thunderer, its really loud. Think somewhere on here it says you shouldnt do that (elf n safety) but ill avoid it cos itll scare my baby and upset the neighbours. That doesnt remove the fact they keep ringing after getting verbal off us so I suspect it would not stop them. And no on has answered the question of if there would be ppi from the loan( with the data they shouldnt but do have, they seem to think so; a guess maybe?)

Ignoring them and reporting them to their regulator is the best advice given. They can't do anything, why are you worried ?

So they've been quiet for a while but got another call off them today. He said the loan is in my name(it aint) and they also said they are working on behalf of Abbey national. I jumped on that and asked "damien"(defo not his name) if that was true, que some nonseical backtracking which was off script and then return to the script- which said they were working on behalf of AN. Which clearly theyre not. Went round in circles like this for a while then they hung up.
