Well its certainly not a bad idea, although i dont have a rusty bike. That said i can waste their time easily enough but that doesnt help with the questions i have.

Probably them yeah. Will the complaint do anything because being told to jog on in the strongest terms doesnt perturb them?

Once you've established who they are, as there are several CMCs who trade with 'Key' in their name, you need to contact [EMAIL="consumer@claimsregulation.gov.uk"]consumer@claimsregulation.gov.uk[/EMAIL] and ask to speak to the compliance officer for that company.

Despite what others may think CMCs often obtain details of people's loans and target them.
