    Morning everyone.

AAU, do you think the sim deal has affected your credit rating ?
    :rotfl: b!tch b!tch
I was going to tell him to try an English address :D
  • Keep them on the line as long as possible, its a scam, but every couple of minutes they're faffing around with you, they're not bothering anyone else.
    Lines I use :-
Hold on I'll switch the laptop on.
Hold on theres someone at the door
Just a minute the kettles boiled
I've got to go for a dump
    The baby is crying
    I've spilled my drink
All are good for a couple of minutes, when I get bored I just say, hold on a second, then I put the phone down and go for a walk.

Good work! I often say I'll go and fetch the computer owner and then leave the caller on the line while I carry on with whatever I was doing. If I'm feeling kinder than usual, I will put the phone by the radio so they have something to listen to while they wait.

All the talk about Mad and people coming out of lurkdoom has made me think about Artha. I was hoping he might make an appearance last night. :(Anyone heard from him? It would be nice to know that he is ok.

I keep wondering that too, he gave me some great gardening advice when I first found this thread...:)

T-mobile say they are not offering me a contract due to the reaults of their credit check. I have no late fees, missed payments, overdrafts and the only credit i have applied for recently was a mortgage more than a year ago

I think the problem is due to my previous address not being on their system in the same number format (it was a flat so had flat, floor and building numbers). I keyed it in instead but doesn't seem to have worked

    I hope others fare better

I havent heard from them either way. Sad for you though :(

Without this getting heated, it is something I tried to warn about at the time, and got pole axed for my trouble :D

Having said that, my contract is due for renewal in 10 days, so am wondering if the criteria for credit accounts has been tightened up, and the sim deal may have nothing to do with it.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

MSM has really let me down today :mad::mad: Maybelline mousse is showing £1.49 for Tosco on MSL app and the Fosters and Strongbow are in a 3 for £21 deal. Also cheestrings are £2 in Tosco, not £4. I would be totally fuming if it wasn't that I had 4 Fosters and I put one on the checkout, I told the SA I had 4 but found later she'd only scanned one. You win some you lose some I guess :) I'll take the mousse back and swop it for a colour I can use, hopefully my post will stop someone else making the same mistake :)
