I'm getting pretty fed up with both of the Tesco stores in my town, both of them are continuously out of stock of all the 2 for £10 deals. It seems all too convenient that they haven't been replenishing the shelves during the sale period. I've been checking at different times throughout the day too! Sort it out!!!:j Comping on & off since 31/08/12 :beer:I comp for fun... and to kill the boredom!0

Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!0 -

What happens to the 'deals' if you order it but then they don't deliver all of it because of lack of stock (presumably)?
I ordered 30 bottles, think it was about £112 (very roughly 5 x £30 a case, minus 25%), plus get 1000 points via voucher code plus free delivery. Tonight was delivery night, but only 18 bottles came. What will I be charged? Simply 60% of £112? Will I still get the 1000 points?
Apologies if already covered somewhere (or if i'm just being dumb), I've searched about 6 pages of Google hits and can't find an answer...0 -
I emailed customer service as I had similar. It's been a nightmare. They don't understand it either and so far I've been refunded for wrong items, not refunded for what I ordered or received, had to pester them for a Voucher that I'd used and the latest email says they are part refunding the wine I wanted. I'm confused as well now!0

they substituted all my kumala with their own brands red n white and whilst I still got the 25% off the substitutions it wasnt as high as I had budgeted for as they were not in 2 for 10 offer BUT I was fortunate enought to get a £23 price match with the replacements which brought my price down to even lower than the best price I expected but again I did receive 8 bottles off 5.99, 6.99 wine instead of 8 x 8.99 iyswim,
my advice for those still to buy, would be to either buy in store if your sticking to a budget, then you can see what your getting.
or
if you are a new customer ,still have a budget and can use the money off voucher for your first purchase online , it still can work out cheaper BUT you need to add a note that no alternatives accepted and depending where you are you may or may not get your order.
I didnt say 'no alternatives' and I was lucky the price match brought it lower than what it should have been, and judging how many stores are running out methinks online orders are a tad risky now unless they are expecting a massive delivery, (unless they price match all replacements with what you have ordered?) thats just my opinion tho and I am still learning how tesco online works lol.0 -

Reduced to clear in store @ £2.39 and not too bad.
6 x £2.39 = £14.34
Minus 25% = £10.76
£1.80 per bottle (without any coupons / clubcard vouchers etc). I used a £3 off £20 and a £2 clubcard voucher.
Probably store specific, but worth a look.

I was told last night my store had stock of the kumala shiraz coming in overnight. Arrived this morning at 7.45 (can't buy alcohol until 8am in NI) and there wasn't any. Nobody could check until 8 when the relevant staff came on duty and when they did they said there was none in last nights delivery but they were expecting some tonight.
Wonder if there's any point trying in morning or are staff buying all that comes in.0
