If you order online from tescowine.com rather than your local store you will get the offer. I do this all the time when they have wine festivals etc, i live in Inverness and have always received the special offer prices/discounts.
It has something to do with the wine being dispatched from a depot in England so is exempt from the new Scottish laws.
