I am the person that CCS Review tucked up, and was featured on BBC XRay.
Please heed the warnings on here, they prey on people who are in a vulnerable financial position, and you end worse off!
If you have been unfortunate enough to cross paths with them, you would need to try and get your money back from your credit card company, under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. They try to squirm out of refunding you, but now that Claim Credit Services Limited are officially in liquidation, you can get a letter from the Insolvency Service in Cardiff (the official receivers).
Hoping this gives them no room to wriggle out of it, watch this space I guess!0 -
''A SWANSEA call centre is being investigated by the Ministry of Justice.
Claims management regulation enforcement officers, accompanied by police, executed a search warrant at Full Financial Review in Exchange Buildings, Adelaide Street.
A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: "As this is part of a live investigation, we cannot comment further on the circumstances."
A Swansea Police spokesman said: "We assisted their officers with the execution of a search warrant."
The company is a subsidiary of Credit Clear Services, based in Poole, Dorset.
Its director Simon Helliwell said that the claims regulator had conducted a spot check audit on the Swansea business, which was cooperating fully.
"This forms part of an ongoing investigation into some consumer complaints relating to a previous business where we have taken over the files and are working hard with the claims regulator to resolve the issues and ensure client service is provided," he said.
"Since we launched the Full Financial Review in February we have integrated a wider offering to the customer that represents real benefit and good value.
"We embrace regulation as this adds credibility to our business and we have an ongoing development programme to ensure that the service being offered to our clients is as comprehensive as possible."

LOL. A spot check audit that needed Police search warrant.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. I was phoned by this company (The Full Financial Review) this evening and was talking to 2 different people before they mentioned that I had to pay up front for them to start the paperwork. I wondered why they insisted the credit card would be part of the claim even though it was the mortgage that was being looked into.
I said I wouldn't commit to anything on the phone and would look over the details they had emailed me before I made a decision. The alarm bells started ringing as the man I was speaking to got more and more desperate to convince me to proceed so in the end I told him I was going to hang up.
I still haven't received the emails he told me he was sending. I phoned my credit card company and asked them to stop my card and issue a new one just in case.
I then came on here to see if anyone had heard of the company and now feel I had a lucky escape. It is people like Martin Lewis that have made me realise just how convincing a company can be even though they are scamming you.0 -
Hi - I now have 2 Poole addresses for the company who took my money, the latest is the Kingland Road one. When I rang, they said they had nothing to do with the other company, had no idea where my money was and I was to consider it a write off! Strange, as both are called CCS and have the same registration address in Farnham, and the same CRM number! Does anyone have a name that I can address a registered letter to, please?0

Upsydasey - sorry to hear your experience. I fear I have just been scammed too - under the new guise of The Full Financial Review. I simply can not believe I gave them my card details but a) I was at a really low point when they rang and b) the have a very well rehearsed process which tells you want you want to hear.
Have you had any joy since you first posted your message on here? Hope you have ...0
