Dc went bouldering but couldn't face going to dance today. They went to snuggle in bed for a couple of hours (really feel the cold and take ages to get warm once chilled) so I went back to the gym.Decided to try to track what I eat on my f1tb1t app. I know that I didn't log everything, but even so, it's pretty clear why Michelin is my middle name 😂.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!2

The BBC bought the Michelin Man costumes to use as space suits in a sci fi series. Great repurposing!2 -
Finally updated spends spreadsheet for Oct, Nov and Dec! However, I totally simplified it from itemizing e v e r y t h I n g to a simple total for about 8 categories. I can see it growing more organically now, as after a few years of itemizing, I know what I want to keep an eye on. Chocolate, for example!!!Hmmm. Possibly: aldee, liddle, sainz/wait, clothes, fuel, household, ch shops, and the very useful 'other'. Subdivided into our food, dc food,( protein/f+v/sweets+ chocolate (why not?!)...), gifts, garden, activities. With having changed to so much contactless payments, I think I'm missing an awful lot of online purchases. I'll need to have a chat with dh...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!1

Ooph. One more work get up.Tomorrow is dc's bday. They were born at 5.37am and are threatening to set an alarm so they can post on their profile at the precise time... So long as they don't wake me. My alarm is set for 6.05 and I'd rather not be woken up earlier...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4

Aww, hope the birthday is a good one, that's sweet!
Interesting about your budget, that you know what you want to keep an eye on - I've just posted something very similar on my own thread2023: the year I get to buy a car3 -

I have had cake 😁. It was yummy. Even dc approved, and that is praise indeed, as my cakes aren't always the best...Overall, it has been a good week so far, and dc is planning to get to school tomorrow too, and complete a full week. I've told them that they will defo need plenty of down time over the weekend as it's another busy one (bouldering and dance on Sat, ice skating on sun).I am grateful to have finished for the week and to have kept on top of things at work. The new teacher is great and I'd love her to be permanent, so will push for that soon.Looking forward to a day off tomorrow and getting to choose what I do!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!5
