Hmm, targets, eh? I feel rather overwhelmed to commit to any , in case I don't make it. (cowardly, I know!) But maybe that is why I am where I am... We hope to be off to see a friend in Spain in August, so I guess July as a whole would be a chance to see how far I can get? Especially with so few day at work left.
I have had all of today off from marking, which has been a good thing. Back on to it tomorrow...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Just caught up on the last 7-10(?) days - you've had a busy time! However, your posts sound lovely - and pretty chilled, seeing how busy you've been! xxI am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £200

I feel that I am in a good place at the moment, greent. Half wondering if that is linked with the fact that I haven't been able to travel to see my mum since half term...
Got home from another busy yet satisfying day at work and decided to try zcut power yoga #1. 20 mins. Ooph. I then sat in the paddling pool to cool off!
Am having another day of 'light' marking: just 35 mins this morning. Will prob do the sme tomorrow as I am outing and abouting rather a lot.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

ZCUT #5 got done today with my 12k KB. Ooph to those overhead presses!
Another good day at work. Only there for half of it but it was good.
Collected my cube shelving this morning form sainz (via argus) and need to take in a phillips screwdriver tomorrow for fun with flatpack. I am stooopidly excited about it! :rotfl:
Binned more paperwork.
Researched more orders - and remembered to claim back for the cubes.
Non-gardening neighbours have surprised us by clearing most of their back garden. Wow indeed! We shall still hammer in teh bits of copper piping in to the trees, but they have done a fair job.
I am now thinking that we might be able to get the fence on that side done. Although it is really their responsibility, they rent the house and sure as heck aint gonna bother with the fence. And the landlord is useless. And I want some privacy and a nicely fenced garden to spend time in.
Finally heard from the solicitor who we are using to sell mum's house. I had contacted them after hearing nothing for almost 5 weeks. Turns out that they had sent their email TO THE WRONG FLIPPIN' EMAIL ADDRESS by spelling my name with the wrong initial. Boy am I fuming. How dare they spell my name wrong when they had it on an email from me. Just plain careless and RUDE. It has been suggested that I mention the GDPR rules, as another person has my name and address now...
Off to re-heat dinner. Sausage casserole or chili... ?NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Definitely complain re data protection - all businesses should be all over it right now, so a mistake such as that is appallingI am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £200

Another good day.
All my quota of marking is complete :T Unless I request more :rotfl:.
I made the cube shelves at work so they are ready to be put into position next time I go in. And I can also fill them!
More recycling of paperwork.
Got away in time to watch some of dd's first ever football match.
Did some online CPD.
Just 1 more day of work left.
Went through some 'booklets'? of fabric swatches (?) with dd to only keep the ones we really love. Have cut out the rest for big sis to use at her work. Just need to transport them the intervening 300+ miles... Have also not cut some up, to give them to the ch shop.
Did power yoga #2. It wiped me out!
A stay-at-home day tomorrow as I have rearranged parce1f0rce and do not know when to expect them. Plenty to be getting on with.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
