Thank you earthgirl!
Started the day feeling rather overwhelmed , but am ending the day much more calm and in control. Not quite serene, but getting there.
I think have marked abut 30 today, which is amazing as I also did the school runs, counselling, food shopping. Admittedly, they are the easier tier ones, but I am still chuffed with what I have achieved.
Oh, and I did two zcut kettlebell workouts. Proper warm up, 2x zcut 1 and 2x zcut2 and a proper cool down. I think that part of my sleeping poorly is due to much less daily activity - car and marking being the culprits -plus stuff stil whizzing round my head at bedtime. Hence doing a mega-heavy workout, plus 16k steps, to wear me out! Hope it works!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Despite my clock been ornery, I did sleep well. Phew. Somehow, my clock decided to go back an hour. Weird. So I decided to set my alarm back an hour too. Then, about midnight, it set itself right - so I reset the alarm!
I have marked 4 so far. There is light at the end of the tunnel... Stil faint, but definitely there. Phew.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Thank you!
Today I have finished off my 'easy' centre. Still a lot of paperwork to do though...
Finished my reports at work (yay!). Finished proof reading a colleagues reports (yay!). Finishsed planning my y5 lesson (yay!). Finished the minutiae of spends in Boulogne and returned all paperwork and monies to bursar (yay). Sorted out pesky erroneous email(yay). Wrote and sent a piece about the trip (yay)
And I have done ZCUT #3, 2 rounds, 8K KB = 9m45.
I only had 3 candidates to tdo once home, to finish that centre, so I am not doing any more tonight.
Tomorrow will see me trying to slot the higher ones in between working. Pesky work.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

14 done, 21 to go.
Another busy day at work, feeling overwhelmed. But I left feeling good, so I must be doing ok at prioritising tasks.
Zcut #4 done. 8k KB. 2 rounds = 14m22, I think.
Have decided not to have a table at dd's sch fair. It costs £25 (!) And I rarely sell that much stuff. Just think how much fun we could have with £25, whether at the fair or elsewhere!
Paid more off the mortgage, so feeling smug.
Dh isn't working tomorrow, so I might just ask him to get dd up and ready, thus giving me up to 90 mins extra for marking. We have been invited to a bbq on sat pm/eve and I would dearly love to be all done and dusted by then. The means: all marked; all post-marking admin done; all packages + admin posted; all electronic admin emailed off; table and floor cleared in readiness for the next component...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
So near, I can smell freedom... Just 3 more to go. I also did some of the associated paperwork today, so that is almost completed too.
Went out for a gf afternoon tea today with a lovely friend - my bday pressie from her. Twas yummy!
Dh had a shoppingfest of... all of £16 in £land. And since he had a £2 voucher, it was only £14, and it has satisfied his need to shop/spend for a while.
Dd's ankle is dodgy. I'll take her to dance tomorow and see if she is fit to do the shows on Sunday.
I have signed up for a table at my sch fair - only £10 - and only 8 days away. Yikes. So I must endeavour to finally finish off the minions and HKitties that are languishing in my knitting bag...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
It is finished! :j All the marking. All the post-marking admin. All the packaging up and sending off. All the emailing off of all the forms. It is a huge relief.
Dd didn't go to dance today - manky ankle. So we took 2 bags to the SA, then had a lovely time pottering around the other ch shops up there. Nabbed us a few lovely things for lovely prices.
We have also nipped to the library and got ourselves a pile of books.
I am now getting dd to intersperse tidying up her complete pile of messy gubbins with 10 mins of reading/fun things. Like washing the car!
I have done ZCUTs #5 and 6. It is hard work doing two back-to-back, even using only the 8K KB, but I guess it shows that I am stronger and fitter. And it is progress. No loss of squidge yet though...
Noisy nosy neighbours are now away for TWO WHOLE WEEKS :j:j:j. Bliss.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Well done!
Hope DD's ankle is feeling better.0
