Bag Packing at supermarkets

Our Air Cadets pack at Sainsbury's too. They were trained by Sainsbury's staff before the event. They only packed when asked and never expected a donation, but were grateful when they got one.
Our Squadron has a good reputation in our small community and are always welcomed. They also enjoyed chatting to some of the customers about all matters to do with flying (even managed to get some recruitment interest). We had a very good turn out of Cadets and everyone was pleased with the day.
As a parent I was told how smart they looked, how helpful and polite they were and a credit to our town. It's wonderful to be able to change the perception of the 'youth of today'.
And as the Treasurer for the Squadron I know that every penny collected goes directly to Cadet activities. The staff are all volunteers.0
