The advisor i saw last week has committed a serious breach of data protection and i am going to the paper,

i am sick of their sloppiness, before they get on their high horse they should get their own house in order. I have given someone elses jobseekers agreement. It displays their name and their National Insurance number. This means that someone else has mine. People could open false accounts. Oh i am going to make a stink about this. Incompetent fools being careless with private data. Also a trip to the manager will be in order with week and I shall demand mine.

As said own house in order springs to mind.

If people aren't putting in the effort, in the right way, and with the right attitude, to find a job, then it's right and proper that their benefits are scaled back. Jobseekers allowance comes with conditions, and if these are not met, the benefit ought to be stopped.

Do you think it is it right that Jobseekers are being misled in to fulfilling conditions that are not required of them under fear of sanctioning?

If anyone has the details of the daily mail or the sun newsdesk please let me know. I am hoping to tell the story of data protection act misuse as mentioned above.

That's not an assumption, it's a fact, some do. Are you claiming that no-one ever does?

I'm certainly not assuming that everyone who loses their job loses it for reasons of incompetence, and it's disingenuous of you to claim that I was.

To be honest, posters such as some on here, you for example, seem more likely to have been let go for attitude problems than for competency problems.

You know nothing, if you were born in 93 as name suggests you know nothing, still wet behind the ears as you say.

unless you are in on all of the jobcentre interviews and know everyone you cant possibly comment. There are some advisors that are ok but some are arswipes on a power trip. Some of those probably arent too far away from redundancy the way its going.

    Well - do you know?

I have to say - having looked at a lot of your posts on here the last few days - you sir are shaping up to be a particularly unpleasant human being, looking down and passing judgement on others down on their luck.

Just remember you could be facing redundancy yourself one day. Not one single person is immune. Would do you good actually - might teach you a bit of humility.

(I am employed by the way - just so you know)

never been on jsa so dont know the procedure. but it sounds to me like youre not doing much job search yourself. the jsa staff is probably required to give some assistance and is just doing whatever they need to do in order to fulfill that criteria. they can't nit pick on jobs on your behalf.

maybe if you went to jsa meetings with a wad of applications to show you're doing fine with application then jsa staff wont need to waste their time suggesting dud job posts.

That's clearly evident given the rest of your post so why bother commenting on something you know nothing about?
