    Needs cash of course, but the route I followed was "If you can't beat them, join them"

    So I bought shares in energy companies, and get the dividends which offset the price rises

    Next buy is probably Centrica {British Gas] not a tip, just info

    It's ok, my second home is in the tropics, no need for heating there! :D and a swimming pool as far as the eye can see so no need to waste money cleaning the pool :p
