Also Pingu I hope (although not much relief for you) that yours in an isolated case I am sure of the thousands phones they produce a few faulty ones end up in the trade but what was more concering is that it takes 2 weeks to repair??? That's a long time! I am with 3 currently and the only time I had to send my phone off was they collected it the same day and delivered it within 3 days. You also say that the shop didnt have a loan phone, does it mean that if they had they would have given you one or dont they do loan phones at all. In the first place if the phone is really needed I suppose another branch could be visited or arrange for the phone to be repaired when a loan phone is available (obviously if the phone is not dead and the fault can wait sort of thing!) (?)
they loan you a phone if they have one in stock i was in shop monday morning and they had no phones lefti could check towards the weekend:mad:
just think two weeks is long time for a big company!!!
i like the phone though and it will be checked so if there are any other issues they will sort it as they put new software etc...Honesty is the best policy doesn't matter which web site
you are on!
if i had known then what i know now!
a bargain is only a bargain if you really need it!0 -

If anyone was willing to help I was looking to spend around £35 with a free N95 or to pay as little as possible.
Thank you very much! :T
Get it from ebay @ about £250 - £300. BUT remember these can get blocked - never happened to me. But please please make sure the seller is really reputable.
Then a free contract from CPW. At the moment they have an O2 Clearance L7 @ 5.99 for 12 months = £72
minus 37.50 quidco and also another £15 cashback which totals £19.5 for an L7. Not bad at all.0 -
I think it depends what you want. I have a Nokia N80 (effectively it's predeccessor) and it's the best phone I have ever owned or used. The N95 I would regard as a little better (although screen resolution is lower)
But it depends what you want
* The battery life if you just use for phone calls (on the N80) is 1-2 days.
* If you start playing with the built in wireless and "thrash" it you could zap the battery in a few hours (3-4) - so consider a spare!
* It's complex. There *will* be bugs in the software
* It's not the lightest.
But if you want a phone that does anything for browsing, email, VoIP (if not disabled on your network -- many do) it is FANTASTIC.
If I could choose any phone again (nearly a year later) I'd still choose the N80 or N95. No brainer.
If though you want a regular handset then you may be disappointed due to battery life etc issuesWhat goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0
