So if you did manage to get the Admirals email and email a complaint, what do you think will happen. If it is taken serious (which i doubt it would be) the Captain who you were talking too, would be called of his duty to the admirals office and made to explain the actions and this would be placed on his service record, so yes you would be damaging his career as it may go against any promotion chances.
