    New projection - 14 YEARS 10 MONTHS LEFT OF 20 YEARS (reduced by 15 mths)

    ...forgot to tell you about our latest cheese adventure...

    The nice lady behind the deli at Wa!itr0se described it as a really stinky cheese when we asked her about it! You'd think she was trying to not sell it, the face she made! As it was reduced down to so cheap it was almost free, we took a piece - not the least bit stinky, lovely and creamy, definately a strong flavour but not offensive! It's called Epoisses de Bourgogne - give it a try if you come across some!

    I also tried some English Goat's milk cheddar (yum!) and OH some English Oak smoked Cheddar. It was (red stickered) cheese and crackers for starters last night while we waited for our dinner to cook!
