Hey guys - waves nice to see you all. Sorry been a bit poorly and then works had a but of 'nudging' due to missing a day - ah the joys of self employment.

I'm heading off to another wee island tomorrow to do a wee workshop - might try and tie in after or over weekend.

Sorry for being a bit poorlysick then busy - no rest for this particularly wicked girl.

I'll respond properly in a day or so - as GP would say lovely to see you all and appreciate the time you take to post

    :)

TRG's flat valuation has come through and its a bit more than expected.

House (wee white hoose) mortgage has been approved by the financial guru's just need the BTL mortgage to be approved (same lender) and once some of the money released I think we go to all the fangled legal stuff and finalilse dates.

Not in the bag yet but ever closer.

    Thanks for all the support

    :)

We're not releasing all the money from the flat but enough to try and put down a 15% deposit to get a lower interest rate.

    Fingers crossed eh?

    Have a super weekend!

    xx

    Freezer/fridge foraging has produced
    Some stew for stewing
Some spag bog for converting into chilli with the aid of an aubergene and a tin of kidneybeans
Soup for dd and trg's lunch
Remainder of roast dinner with eh and hubby for a sandwich each

A piece of naan for a scooby snack.

    :)

Haggis likes kidney beans I wonder if they're good for dogs.

Kitchen all steamed up in a cooking frenzy must tackle list in a mo

DD needs some driving and TRG is all encroached in snooker action.

I am pottering - I do miss a weekend potter when I'm working.

Thanks for all the goodwishes I'm feeling a bit better :)

Hmmmm - I'm a bit cross that's the second time I've got skate wings (one each at about 1.50) and they've been so honky of amonia we've not eaten them. These were prefrozen from fish shop and when defrosted honky.

I'll have to pop in - they're a great fish shop. I've stored it all properly and they've been really not right.

Pity as I love skate wings but clearly they mustn't keep well/be out for too long before frozen.

    Bah.
