£10.20 to the terrible card
£5 to the captain card
Thinking behind this - no takeaways tonight or chips from the van
No bottle wine.
Prob saved the above by not going out and scoffing so might as well put it to the cards.

OK so the ball and chain is off working hard for me elsewhere - and organising himself for my invasion - but you've got to ease into these things
:j waves at Bob its neep time up here, I must grab a free one from work :j
Lob one down here Mrs M:cool: Oh and Dr Who fest in this here household as well....:D:beer::jBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
I will lob one on Monday morning for you me dear - I saw them in the local grocers today a quid each - um no, neeps are free.
Hey up world did a bit of shopping today, not much £5.60 in Lidl, £2.35 in local grocers on reduced stuff like 10p stuff. So came out with a basket full and got milk. I was good I took a list and scowered the cupboards before I went to see what I had. I didn't get stock cubes as I refuse to pay lots of money for things which are cheaper in the big supermarket.
And talking of which 99p for a tin of corn in most of the shops - except lidl 35p for the same thing (feeling indignant at such changes in price, so I bought two)
All under a tenner (just) 9.95 - leaving me £3.66 left for shopping for the month.
Tea was a sumptuous egg and chips with bread a butter.
I like cooking, I really really do, but whatever happened to simple cupboard grub a few times a week like what we had when we were little.
So I'm having a relook at my grub and whilst I can make some amazing things in there - sometimes egg and chips are perfect.
We now have milk/bananas and apples and butter.
And a tv hot to go with Dr Who.
3.2 miles today so far (I may walk around the house muttering and tidying)
I also found the wii and wii sports (and put it all into the tv thingmy by myself - be proud, wandering around fields of willow reciting latin I can do, a wii plugging in is pretty major for me)
I've got the balance board thing but thus far no Wii Fit game to be seen and we need more rechargeable batteries.
I will keep myself a bit less sedate this winter.
I've just blasted myself at ten pin bowling and thankfully given how utterly cak I am I'm glad the dogs don't have a facebook account!
Must find that Wii fit disk or investigate in on ebay. Dark before 4pm today - I need something to keep me going over these dark days and hoovering just doesn't do it for me.
NB Trog - Hovering - is auto correct for hooveringnot some fancy thing we do up north sadly!
