the new thread icon is in blue with white writing that says "new thread" , top left of the forum between the 2 green banners

also, you can start a new thread by clicking on the forum tools on the second green banner two-thirds of the way across, then choose the start new thread

I would have thought that you would already know this after 6 years of membership ;)

I heard nothing for a while then this month I got letters from Newlyn again.
First ones saying Court Action Pending, then today ones saying Final Notice - Court Action. These latter say they will pass the matter back to PCM who will proceed with court action.

In the letter I sent to Newlyn in November, based on one I found in the forum, I wrote " In the meantime, you should note that this charge is disputed, and you must now refer this matter back to your client and cease and desist all further contact with me. Failure to do so will result in a complaint to the Credit Services Association."
So it seems time to make a complaint. Can you advice me about that?

I would Google the CSA and find out if Newlyn are a member and then how to complain.
