Smileys not working on MSE since IE11 installed/ PLEASE IGNORE as sorted now

hi, wondered if any could help/advise, since updating to IE11 late last night the emoticons/smileys on MSE aren't working for me, I've been into my options & checked that Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing is clicked on but it still won't let me use the smileys, I've switched to Standard Editor for the time being…

IE is a dead browser, sites won't code for a browser with a shrinking market share when the sites work with all the other browsers.
