My Mum had most of them bar for the M1, Allegro in hearing aid beige was so embarassing, especially after she had traded in an alfa for the austin !!!!!!! School street cred gone.
  • 9/10 caught out by the Vantage. As I started driving in the early 80s, embarrassingly I've owned some of those cars.

The original Allegro had the wonky shaped steering wheel, later modified to the standard shape if requested.

There's a hearing aid beige Allegro near me still in daily use driven by a not particularly old woman. Mind it's driven so slowly it's about time it went to the scrapyard in the sky.

    Wasn't it sort of square?

My grandfather had a Vaden Plas 1500.

Nice to see the quiz started with a great car, then went downhill after that. ;)
