As Coupon Mad has suggested, complain to the retailer. Who was the retailer ?0

You are missing what is staring you in the face but fair enough if you've never used a forum before. Read my 'signature' under my posts. It tells you where to click to see all the current threads.
Click where I tell you, then look at the top, the sticky threads of information, read the ones I said:
'successful complaints about PPCs'
and
'newbies...have you got a private parking ticket? read this now!' for starters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did they send the first letter by day 15?
Have you read the sticky threads at the top of this forum - that's what they are there for, to inform newbies. Because you may still be able to complain to the BPA and DVLA to get it cancelled if it's not compliant (e.g. if it was sent late or doesn't comply with the wording needed). All explained in the sticky thread 'newbies...read this now!' including email addresses and links to allow you to check your Notice to Keeper (the first 'PCN' letter).
You could also read the 'successful complaints' sticky thread and simply complain to the Store Manager/Retail Park if you were a customer. Store Managers cancel these in batches for complaining customers at some car parks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't worry, we all had to start somewhere. BTW I believe that a notice of intended action is banned under the 1997 Protection from Harassment Act. Wait for someone to confirm this (or otherwise) and then report them to Consumer Advice for using illegal paperwork.0 -
this is all way above my little brain to cope with ha ha0

so my next step then if im right is to write to sports direct to complain of the parking notice? there is not a date on the letter only my date of alleged offence...
Thank you all for the help by the way really appreciate this0 -

Yes but don't hold your breath. My experience Sports Direct suggests they have no other agenda than 'stack it high, sell it cheap, never mind any customer service' but I am happy to be proved wrong.there is not a date on the letter only my date of alleged offence...
Good spot IF that was the first letter you received (the Notice to Keeper)? Or are you just looking at the pointless debt collector 2nd letter template?
Was the FIRST letter from G24 received within 15 days - or is that the one you are saying is undated so you can't tell?
When you appealed to G24 back in the Summer did you send an appeal like this one?

...it worked, Spartacus Lives! :rotfl:
What response did you get and have you ignored a POPLA code in the rejection letter (what date?). OR have G24 never sent a POPLA code with their rejection letter?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
