STILL waiting on the two charms I ordered. Customer service is atrocious (initially said they had been sent as on dispatch notice...er no they weren't.....and now they are ignoring emails). Had a problem with them in the past with missing orders etc and looks like they are still as bad...:(

I notice brandalley have some pandora on including some necklaces I want the only trouble is they have had some negative press, has anyone used them recently please

I couldn't find any pandora on brand alley? ... Despite receiving emails from achica and really wanting some pandora stuff, I missed this ( I rechecked my emails and they had not notified me, so well done to those that managed to get some orders )

I've used Brand Alley once before for Vivienne Westwood shoes and found them great to deal with!

I've just bought a pandora bracelet from them for an xmas present

I use BA regularly and don't have much cause to complain. If I was forced to comment, I'd say they could improve their packaging. Two of my orders (out of approx 12 this year) have arrived damaged and this could have been avoided easily with better packaging. However, I emailed Customer Services and it was rectified immediately. I certainly have no complaints against their customer service.
