Ok this is embarrassing just unpacked my imagine watch with ceramic bracelet and can't work out how to undo it. Help!

mine arrived today as well in little cardboard packets with the pandora sticker on
not a box though may need to get some as there for my wifes xmas pressie , anyone know where i can get them or is it just ebay

Ebay would be your best bet, but the cardboard pouches/packets are proper Pandora too.

Hi I have just joined the forum to say my order arrived today and I was dismayed to open up an empty box! There was an empty watch box and lots of packaging but definitely no jewellery!
I have sent the company an email but they have no phone number listed anywhere!!
