    Fairly regularly, I don't think as often as once a month but they seem to appear several times a year on Achica

    Does anyone know how to validate the warranty? There's no supplier stamp and date on the card with my watch and its supposed to be a gift! X

    Bit worried that everyone is receiving their orders, and there's no sign of mine.
    Also, I received the despatch e-mails on Friday, but when I into my Achica account the despatched symbol isn't showing.
    Would anyone who has received theirs mind checking their account to see it's the same please?
    I'm only concerned because a a few items of my mail has either been swiped or damaged lately - including £500 of holiday money :mad:
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
     25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
     27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
     05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
     08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    I got a dispatch email too, but havent recieved mine yet.. hopefully Tomorrow!

    I said this earlier in the thread. Yes the warranty card is in the box but NO supplier stamped card to validate it. I don't know as it hasn't bothered me. If people are giving them as gifts though, maybe an issue.

    Mine still doesn't show as dispatched on the site and mine arrived Monday.

    Would our receipts work as validation? Mine also shows only the first of the 3 stages.

    my charms are very nice but i did notice they come in bags saying made in thailand , is this correct is pandora made there ?
