Only half of my order has arrived (silver bracelet) which looks a bit tarnished so :( have emailed to find out what has happened to the two charms that I ordered at the same time. Hope they arrive soon and are better as think the bracelet will be going back.

It's just silver it oxidises. Get a good silver cleaner on it first. I would anyway. Considering the savings, a bottle for silver cleaner starts from a couple of ££.

    They don't recommend silver cleaners.

Soft toothbrush, water and fairy when dirty or tarnished. But as it's new i'd probably just polish up with a cloth. They do have special cloths but maybe try a micro cloth or just cotton rag and see how you go.

Mine finally arrived, all 3 orders plus almost everything else I'd been waiting all week for. Turns out our local RM office is short-staffed so they just can't get them out. :(
Anyway, the beads are all lovely - only thing I noticed is that I ordered 2 of the same and the spots are really tiny on one, but the other one looks just like shown on the website. Doesn't really matter, but were wondering if these were shop rejects maybe?
Anyway, really pleased for £13 each, that's main presents for 4 women in our families sorted now :j

If the spots are on Murano Glass, they differ tremendously...I tend to steer away from buying the glass ones online.

Ahhhhh thanks, I guess that makes sense probably due to the item and way they are made. I don't mind, I actually prefer the one that's not quite 'right' as it has a slight turquoise tint to it, and I'll give the more 'correct' one to my sister. All the others look as shown.

That's because of all the stones/finishes on the pandora stuff....it can damage them.

If it's just the bracelet, it'll be ok.
  • If you live near a Pandora shop they clean them for free during the week , not a lunch time though ,sorry i can't remember the times.
  • I received my 3 Pandora charms on Friday via Hermes and I received 3 boxes as well. Happy days!

The charm you received looks much more expensive. I think it's a silver, gold and diamonds charm.
