Ofcom normally do very little. Just confirm they've read your complaint and then give you reasons why companies are in the right and Ofcom aren't interested!0

Ok so I had a phone call from the customer relations team regards my email.
I have already spoken to them last week about the same thing and they said there original decision still stands that I will not be able to leave my contract
I argued that as I may use these services in the future then it is of material detriment to myself but they insisted I was only eligible if I had used enough over the past 3 months that it would mean a 10% increase.
I have asked them to respond to my email with there official response and to include contact details of there adjudicator as the email requests. They said they will send this so will update once I receive...0 -
I got told im on 58C contract
I signed up and renewed after October 2012 lol... February 2013 tbh! I was with them before Feb 2013 but I got off SimOnly
The defence they sent me is longer than usual, 12 pages than the example of 11.. Is this normal? I'm going to go through it now and tell you which points are new. Most of the points have just been shuffled or split up with i). and ii).
Sent off though! Lets see what they say.. Fingers crossed!0 -

Did you point out that they had messed up with contract versions? I did, which is why my case is now delayed as the Adjudicator asked T-Mobile / EE for clarification, and I then got invited to comment on it. I've replied quickly so hoping that'll move it along quicker but I wonder if I still have to wait till 16th before it goes back to the Adjudicator for a decision. Good luck!0 -
Hi everyone firstly a big thank you to random curve! I qon my ciasa case today but only in part I wasn't awarded compensation. I have however got them to cancel my contract and award a pac code.
one thing I didn't understand is that the adjuicator said it is to be back dated to april. Does that mean just the price rise or all of my charges will be back dated?0 -

Congratulations - It means ALL your charges will be refunded (as EE have "forced" you to pay them for a service that you had legitimately asked the to terminate!
If you are in no hurry to leave EE I suggest the following:
You have 6 weeks to accept or reject the decision - wait 5 weeks before accepting.
EE then have 4 weeks to comply (they will take the whole 4 weeks)
So you can then have another 9 weeks FREE use of the EE network, which is particularly useful if you are going abroad before then as ALL charges are refundable.
Can you email the decision please: info@fightmobileincreases.com
4-0 to the consumer!!!0 -

RC by ALL do you mean from the beginning of the contract?0 -

Nah, it'll be refunded for however long the adjudicator states. Ideally this'll be from the point when you first complained, but it seems that different adjudicators are specifying different dates (Start of April, End of April, End of May).0
