Delay Compensation - Travel Services

Hi,
My girlfriend and I booked a trip to Tenerife in September 2013 and we experienced delays on both the outbound and return flights. The flights were operated by the airline "Travel Services" (website: travelservice.aero).
I have drafted a letter requesting compensation but I am unsure where to send it. Travel Services only seem to have offices in European countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. There is a contact form on their website with one of the contact reasons being "Claims", but I've now sent two messages asking where to send a letter in writing but unsurprisingly, I've had no response.
I'm not sure whether to print four copies of the letter and send one to each of the locations listed, or whether this will just cause confusion.
Has anyone else had dealings with this company? If so, can you advise what the best way to proceed would be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Dominic.
