Ben's in Australia at the moment - but is still picking up emails on his Blackberry - and dealing with them!

    That man is invaluable!
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

As much as I hate BT, I do like Ben.

I never clicked the link but I knew you went to that site.

I also came across Bextect today and he has 30 VOIP incoming numbers.

But I got over 500 yahoo accounts, don't ask why :)

from my own experience of ben, you should get a reply within the day, and sorted within days, if it's something that can be sorted out easily, good luck

Which, at the moment, is remarkable (see post #3).

yer he should be the ammount of money we pay for his bills.

Instead of sorting out problems one at a time maybe he should try to make sure they (thousands) don't arise in the first place.
