Yes, I was surprised when I looked at this month's calculator, £300 down, I though I had put the wrong starting month in last time! ;)

Yes, mine has gone down too - is this right when RPI increased this month?

I was wondering about this too. The headline RPI figure doesn't seem too bad, why the sudden drop in value?

I had the same problem too.

Gave them a call and was told that there is an error in the calculator that a lot of customers have contacted them about, and I if I tried again in a few days it should be fixed.

RPI increased from 2.7 to 2.8% in January, so the calculator is wrong..

Just tried mine now, gave I believe the correct result for my date. However if I try a fortnight later it goes down again so still might be a problem?

For me today it seems to be showing values that are around 1% lower than the values it gave me a week ago.

Your right Stompa, first I was 0.55% down the previous month, now it is up on that but still 0.45% down, so it's still not correct.

The calculator seems to have been tweaked.

Mine is almost back at the levels it showed post 'hiccup'.

    About .29% down.

Yes has been tweaked finally - I'm amazed at the poor way this has been handled - with no notification on the website page about the error. Also the error first appeared in the online calculator, at this point the downloadable spreadsheet had not been put-up, the February version appeared several days later (after complaints had been made) still with the same error - however, it has now been corrected - I know because I downloaded both versions!
