Mine arrived on the maturity date.0

Even though I took out my bonds on 11th May 2011, the letter I received told me they would mature on 14th May 2016. This being a Saturday I was told when I rang that the amount would be credited to my bank account on Monday 16th May.
Hopefully, I should receive this coming Monday then.0 -
New 5 year bond for £17,263.72 appeared online today, Saturday 14th May, the maturity date of my £15,000 from 14th May 2011.
Very efficient to add this on a weekend.0 -

Wont be adding to this thread anymore. Thank you for any advice given.0 -
Final entry on this thread I started from me.
The calculator has been updated BUT....my valuation has now gone to 0 (even though the redemption date is the 25th of this month).
In any case Poly has shown multiple times that their valuations are far more accurate!

Mine matures on 26th May when I put in my details it came up with £0 so put in 1st June and it came up with £9144 which is less than the redemption figure of £9207.32 they informed me in my letter. So hoping I get the higher figure!"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

I'm sure that you will get the higher figure. I made the point that NS&I is a shambles when it comes to arithmetic when this thread started. QED0 -
What happens when you autorenew? Do you get a letter in the post stating its gone through?
Also should you then be able to manage the new one online? Because my original was taken out before 2012 its not manageable online.

Mine matured on 16th May 2016, and received the the letter today 21st May, dated 17th May for a total £17263.72, with £9000 going into 3yr bonds maturity date 16th May 2019 and £8263.72 going into 5yr bonds maturity date 16th May 2021.
Have premium bonds so already have an online account, logged in, online I see both the premium bonds and the two certificates total, can they click see details of both certificates. Now just need to leave a month or so and see if / when displays a valuation.0
