Broadband... but without a tie-in

Hi all
Thanks for all your replies. I called sky and asked about the no contract broadband and was told there was a contract I could take whee I could cancel once we moved. I spoke to two different advisers who both told me the same thing.
Unfortunately, having received the paperwork today and it turns out no such contract exists  and the lady I spoke to had no idea why the previous advisers told me that so I have cancelled everything. To say I am annoyed is an understatement!
Looks like I am going to have to use 3G until I can find a supplier that we can use when we move

There's always a contract, but plenty of ISP's offer 30 day minimum terms-though of course you will pay more.No free lunch, and no free laptop
