This week's item: When this late 19th-century continental birch push sledge was entered into auction in December, the vendors must have been praying for snow. How far was the eventual buyer pushed to secure it?

    A - £150
    B - £300 :D (here)
    C - £450

  • Hope it's ok to ask here but is it usual to have postcards (that you've sent comp answers on) returned? I had one last week and THREE back yesterday.

I use blank cards - To address & stamp one side and my answer (if there is one) & details the other side. Surely it's obvious that the card goes to the address next to the stamp - or is it just me?

    Good Morning Sweets,
try putting your name and address opposite way app they say the machine can't read it if both name and address same way, i have only had this once but i know many others have had same problem and someone better than me will come along and explain when they wake up :rotfl: love your smiley :D:D

  • Thanks Oddies, that does make sense. See I thought the machine would recognise stamp side...but of course that would make no sense if it was freepost.

Upside down details it is in future!

    Thanks again, Rae x
