Agree if all your accounts are there and it's free you can't complain but when you've accounts missing many tend to swerve Noddle and hit Experian or Equifax.0

I'm waiting for Noddle and Equifax to remove an expired Default from my file
You are wasting your time if you emailing about having it removed from your Noddle report, as no third party can actually see this report -- it is only there for your benefit. You want to get it removed from your CallCredit report, and I wouldn't be surprised if it had been removed automatically from there.0 -
I used to pay for Experian's CreditExpert and things weren't always updated every month either. I switched to Noddle (after struggling quite a bit to get my CreditExpert cancelled) and I don't find their updates any better or worse compared to Experian. Most accounts are updated at least once every two months.
I don't think it's meant to be an exact view of your entire balance sheet right now, but rather a general overview of how you are managing your accounts.0 -
Maybe you would switch detergents to one that helped get your credit record squeaky clean?!
James“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. I rarely check Noddle but when I have done there's accounts missing and understand it's the creditors fault but if I'm checking this particular company then I expect accounts to be in place.
If I go to Burger King and they've run out of onions I won't blame the onion company I'd blame Burger King.
You seem to have a strange view of what it is the credit report agencies do. Why on Earth would you expect Callcredit to feature accounts from creditors on your report, if those creditors don't report to Callcredit?
And what makes you think that you are one of the primary customer base of Experian/Equifax/Callcredit? Unless you're a lender, you aren't.
The only reason why anyone would want to look at their credit report from these agencies is to be able to see what potential lenders will see when they make a search. If Callcredit included an account that wasn't reported to them, just to keep you happy, that would be completely misleading.0 -

Barclaycard for starters do report to call credit but not mine.
Nationwide also report to call credit but not mine.
I'm looking forward to your response..0 -

Neither of which is Callcredit/Noddle's fault. Why would you think it is?
Do you think CC/Noddle picked your file out and though "Oh, lets just leave these two random accounts off his file. That'll be a larrfff!".0 -

I KNOW ITS NOT NODDLES FAULT...I'm trying to say why would I check Noodle then if my credit accounts are not there and that's the reason I decided to check the other CRA's instead.
