Jetparks are nothing to do with Manchester Airport.

    This is incorrect.
Jetparks is owned and run by Manchester airport.

When I had prepaid for parking with my registration, they logged my registration as I parked so as an entity they had all the information to hand to know I was parking in a different car park.

When you prepaid for parking, you prepaid with Jetparks who logged your registration.

When your registration was logged on entering the carpark, it was logged by a different car parking company who wouldn't have known about your prepayment to Jetparks.

From the Manchester Airport web site
Manchester Airport Parking services offer multi storey and Long Stay, Meet & Greet and our low cost Jet Parks Parking option. Manchester Airport Parking at JetParks.co.uk
I read that as Jetparks is run as a totally separate business to the on site airport parking so neither would be aware of the others parking reservations and, TBH, no reason to know

One for the parking forum or pepipoo. Both sites are run by MA plc and the contact number for all parking is the same. I bet when you press that little button on the box you will speak to the same person whichever car park you are in. At the moment 2 weeks in Jetpark and 2 weeks in Long Stay are the same price. As you paid to park the pre-estimate of their loss should be in the region of £0. What they are claiming is a penalty. This should be the same as any other parking dispute pretty much like parking with one wheel over the white line.

    Garbage!

If I booked to stay in a Hitlon hotel, then checked in to a different one without cancelling the first, should I be due a refund?
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

    From the Jetpark website

There would be a loss if someone else wanted to enter the onsite car park and was not able to because it was full. Whether this was the case or not, only MA can confirm.

I'm not convinced POPLA/ small claims would be as accommodating to your argument as to someone who parked incorrectly for a few minutes.

You didn't mention a refund but you seem to think the OP should not have to pay for a service because they had also paid for a different service.
