    She might have been a nightmare landlady, but an enforced sex-change seems unduly harsh punishment to me!

    No, I don't think she is going to register as a landlord and I wouldn't put money on her protecting other tenants' deposits either.

    It has crossed my mind. I had an interesting chat with some of the neighbours before I left. They aren't happy with all her clients hanging around so are thinking about contacting the council about it. One asked when a red light was being installed ;)

    Shop her. I wouldn't think twice about it. Plus the mortgage-lender and anyone else I could think of.

    She's made your life a misery and I don't see any reason why she should be free to make someone else's one either.
