It would be interesting to see a copy of the judgement from the Fox v Jet2 case last week at Mansfield County Court with regard to the Van der Lans issue.0

I do find it bizarre how that case was heard, when others are stayed pending the Liverpool 'test' case.
Good result, but this does seem to be a one off, with a Judge that had lost patience.
Liverpool next month will be a nerve wracking day on here.....
Although I accept their decision would not be binding on other cases, there's no doubt in my mind that J2 would be refused 99.9% of further staying cases if this decision in the Allen case goes against them, our very own mrtonygibsons case has been put back till after the Allen decision so it's fair to call it a significant 'test' case.

Notice how tactful I was NA about your medical problem in not asking whether it was cosmetic surgery on your little wand.
On the issue of the case at Mansfield County Court, Eudelay have stated that they have a number of other stayed cases lined up for court action. This suggests to me that their win in Fox v Jet2 has little standing in terms of case law and that is the reason I would like to see the judgement, which Eudelay have promised to publish.
