Talk Talk and bereavement

Unfortunately my father died last week. It was quite sudden and I took on the responsibility of moving all my father's accounts over to my mother. It proved remarkably easy and included such power, water, BT, council tax etc. All except TalkTalk. Unbelievable.
Started off with a phone call to their dedicated bereavement line. This led to over 20 mins on hold, by which time I age up. I then tried to contact them by email - following their on-line link. I also used twitter. Now, after almost a week - guess what the response was to my email? Yes - please call our dedicated bereavement line!!
Morons. I will never be a customer of theirs and am happy to be a detractor to anyone who will listen.
When you are dealing with the death of a close family member, the one thing you do not need is idiotic customer service.
