    You could try contacting them on twitter (if you use it). Been an Orange customer for 15 years and the service has never been worse.

    Yes I agree! I've been with them for over 10 years and over the past year their customer service has really gone down hill. Last year when i upgraded to an iPhone 5 they charged me twice for the upgrade (something like £120 twice.) It took me around 3 months to get the refund. I had to call them constantly (again having to explain the problem everytime I rung up), and they would often be rude when I told them how fed up I was of having to take time out to call them constantly to chase my money which they took by mistake.

    My contract isn't over until Sept 2014, I think I'll be jumping ship.

    Like my previous posts ANYONE with orange or EE problems USE email addresses above as I do and have had numerous successes I don't think it's just orange customer services gone down hill it seems almost all customer services opratives have the word no stamped in their brains That's if they even have a brain Sorry to the good ones That is why I've found if you take it to the top you get results as many chiefs have no idea what the Indians are doing to their companies these days

    Sad to say your Prob right Thankfully I've been introduced to the best site ever CEOemail Dot co dot uk At least you can't aim your arrow at the right person as I have and found ALL my arrows have hit the bullseye :T
    Like I've already said in several of these forums it seems the chiefs have NO idea what the Indians are upto Probably to busy counting their profits lol :rotfl:
