    *really*??!!

I for one have enjoyed reading your posts on there, don't see you as a troll in anyway whatsoever, don't recall any inflammatory posts or remarks, and am sad to see you go.

I will be asking the moderators for a reason.

Thanks Digsby, I really enjoyed your posts too, very informative and methodical, the type of stuff I appreciate. I use your land registry extension (and I rated it).

Not to bother too much about HPC, and I wouldn't want to get you on the bad list too.

Thanks. I'm glad you like my extension. I was quite pleased today - it gave me a poke earlier because a property I had it keeping an eye on for me went to SSTC:

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-33529866.html

It's been on since Feb 3rd with an asking price of £285k. The extension had estimated a price of just under £275k. The asking price was reduced to £275k about a week ago, and it went SSTC today.

I've not had a reply from the mods yet, not even "mind you're own business"

Thanks for enquiring, I didn't expect a response. There are some genuinely informed and reasonable people on that site who post really useful info, and I still read their posts. But my guess is the moderators are not amongst those. I truly can't understand what I posted that so incensed them. What's odd is that some posters deviate quite far from the HPC mantra, yet they have thousands of posts and continue to post even now. Weird.

Btw, I'm interested in your land registry analysis stuff. I'd like to write some code around the data too, would you mind if I asked you a couple of questions about it? (can take to pm)
