I do not think RM have anything to investigate. The mail is being delivered to its destination. The problems come within the house so nothing for RM to investigate.

In fact, I just checked the section 21 notice : landlord put the same address than me on the section 21 notice while he does not live in the property (proof being the claim made against other tenant that responded). Also the section 21 is certainly invalid (but I will not wait until end of February before leaving this property since I stress too much in this last).
  • I am confused. It sounds like you all actually live in one house together? Does the landlord live there as well? How long have you got left on your contract? Has your landlord registered your deposit?

No, the landlord does not live in the property but the other tenants collect sometimes mails for him.

Sounds like something that could have been sorted out by everyone dropping the ego, having a chat over a cup of tea and agreeing who really was responsible for that enormous pile of washing-up.

But if people want to have their day in court... who am I to argue? Sounds like a load of stress and hassle (and money) for naff all. Out of interest, every time you meet people you don't see eye to eye with in life are you going to take them to court? How exhausting.

But me, contradictory to other parties I do not threat anyone to break their life, try to humiliate, damage their reputation in the neighborhood, etc.
