[Emergency]Harassment : Deadline to make an appeal against the court decision

Is your property a flat with a shared entrance hall? If so, you can't expect other tenants only to be allowed to enter with your permission. That is not reasonable. The first was an injunction in which I was asking to not allow the other tenants (claimant inclusive) to not be allow to enter into the property without my consent.
I hope you're looking for alternative accommodation. I don't see this ending well, even if you're successful at court.Signature removed for peace of mind1 -

Yes, it is a flat with a shared entrance hall. Even I can't expect other tenants only to be allowed to enter with my permission that does not mean they were to harass/threat me and it is me that should pay them some money.
Obviously, I am looking for another accommodation.0 -
If your original request to the court was for other tenants only to be able to access the shared entrance with your permission, that was never going to happen. The issue wasn't them accessing that space, it was them harassing you. You really need legal advice, is there a law centre near you which might be able to help at a reduced cost? It is the defendant who manage the property (except my room and myself) and it also him the selected the other tenant as occupiers of the property, so he is responsible of their acts. Anyway, it is obvious for me he has instructed the others tenants to harass me (like he previously did in complicity with landlord by asking previous tenant to assault tenant). If your original request to the court was for other tenants only to be able to access the shared entrance with your permission, that was never going to happen. These law centres does not want to help since they do not obtain legal aid for injunction application.0 -
Is this a shared house or a house split into separate flats?Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I am confused. It sounds like you all actually live in one house together? Does the landlord live there as well? How long have you got left on your contract? Has your landlord registered your deposit?

I am having difficulty in understanding the situation. I think you are alleging that your landlord and another tenant started an argument and tried to start a fight with you. They are harassing and making threats to you (no details of threats or intimidation given) and are stealing your mail. The landlord tried to evict you and failed.
The police have been called but have been unable to do anything stating it is a civil matter. Presumably because in their view, in full possession of the facts, no law has been broken. It is just neighbours that do not get on.
You did not complain to the royal mail about your post and allow them to carry out an investigation. They take allegations like this very seriously. Instead you went straight to court with no evidence.
You applied to the court to prevent you fellow tenants from entering or leaving their home without your express permission. This was denied and you wish to appeal the decision.
Are you for real?0 -
I fail to understand why you are not looking to move, instead of going down the litigation route - why not expend your time, energy and money on finding accommodation which is more suited to you?
That's what I would be doing in your circumstances! Sometimes you have to move on!0
