Help identifying Sony Xperia phone?

i had an xperia s nothing wrong with it why do you say its rubbish

Yeah I understand that the lack of information is very dodgy however the seller says all they know is that the phone is in perfect working condition. The seller will offer me a buy it now through eBay so as long as I follow all the correct procedures I should be protected right?
For example if the item arrives and something is amiss I can simply open an Item not received case and post it back using the correct postal service for a refund?

You answered your own query in post#6 and subsequent posts suggest you steer clear, I'm 100% certain that is not the only handset for sale, so why be hell bent on that particular one? If it were that great somebody else would have purchased it, move on to the next offering and save yourself some grief for the future.

yes u can but seeing as they havent confimred the model on what basis could you return it

I have bought a lot of phones on Ebay, most times it is Ok but get a bad one and it is a lot of work and hassle and worry returning it and getting a refunf- if in doubt move on
