Thanks, I think I'll do that and include the other occasions where ANPR have ignored the code of practice when dealing with this issue. I am sure I have seen the contact details on other threads.

I received confirmation today that I won my POPLA appeal. Many thanks to all who helped out with advice and support. It was won, as usual, on the basis of no GPEOL.0

I tried to copy/paste the POLA ruling for everyone's info but was unable to do so. I just ended up with a lot of blank space so I have deleted it.0

try a copy and paste into notepad, if that works , save it, then copy and paste from notepad onto here , also add the assessors name to your previous report0

Hi
Did you make a complaint to the BPA?0 -
Lunaunicorn wrote: »Hi

Yes I did. Two complaints were sent to the BPA - one from me personally and another from my employer. They sent no less than three demands for payment to my employer. The last one arrived two days before the POLA decision was due and was marked 'FINAL DEMAND' despite the company writing the them to point out that they had no liability as the driver had already been in correspondence with them and the matter was pending a decision by POLA.
I have had acknowledgement from the BPA in respect of both complaints but I think that they will be dealt with as a single issue. Nothing further from the BPA yet but I will post as and when I hear something.0 -
Thanks
How did you go about doing it?0
