    Just a quick update to the story. This morning a brown envelope arrived with a new sim card from 3 in?? No other correspondence, emails, letters etc. I thought perhaps they've sent me a free sim as they've now got my details. On putting the sim in my phone I set up my account on three but when I looked at my details it stated I'm on the 12 month sim plan I had applied for!??

    So I'm not quite sure whats going on but it seems to be working ok.

    Perhaps they've been reading MSE forums and changed their mind! :)
