The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted on Thursday 7 November 2013 in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms

not really fair if theyre including the whole prize in that u dont need the money within a certain time

It's in the terms and conditions and they can move on just like some of the radio ones do.
Once a winner has been confirmed they can choose not to take all the prize but they get offered it all in the first place.

In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the time periods ..... this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

yeah i know i think they just should have allowed a bit more time for the comp then it wouldnt be restricted to a three hour time slot
