    Ha ha I also got a call from an unknown number just before, it was the dentists ringing to confirm my husband's appointment tomorrow!! Grrrr!!

    Thanks for starting the thread MJM - definitely a good idea. I can't imagine how gutting it would be to find out later that you'd missed your 3 calls!

    I am wondering if you don't speak to them on say the first call but someone takes a message for you if it is then ok to call back or if it has to be them speaking directly to you on the number used on the entry. For instance, if I am out all day but say partner at home could he take a message, text me and me ring ITV back - do any past winners know if you can do this? Although for £20k+ I'd leave most places and get home within 3 hrs!! Just wondering if I am best just ditching using the landline for any time critical comps.

    ETA - yes I fall in the crazy camp who believes one day it will be my turn!!
