Professional Chicken Sexers (yes, there really is such a job :eek: ) do it at day-old. It's a pretty unedifying process, though
We won't know for definite for a few weeks.
As an aside, the regular brown hens you often see are popular as they are sexed when they lose their first feathers at a week or so. The girls are brown and the boys are white. They're Rhode Island Red, Light Sussex cross, known around hear as Brown Warrens.
