Evaporated Milk....??

I am not sure if this the right place to post.. but I recently bought two tins of Evaporated Milk... instead of the condensed stuff I actually needed.
In my new found commitment to not wasting ANYTHING... I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I could do with them food wise? Can it be used for anything other than pouring over fruit ( as it shows on the tin)??:)
Thanks in advance

You can make mousse with it.
Or fudge."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."

I love it in coffee instead of milk.0

A savoury suggestion would be this risotto from St Delia: http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/cuisine/european/italian/slimmers-wild-mushroom-risotto.html0

Makes a lovely rice pudding-just dilute it -there should be instructions on the tin-and use instead of ordinary milk.
There used to be a chocolate cake recipe in the Bero book that included about five tablespoons of evaporated milk and I have a recipe for a chocolate sauce which uses it.Some pumpkin pie recipes use it too.
In Greece this year there was always a can of evap by the coffee urn on the breakfast buffet.
I'm old enough to remember when evaporated milk cans had instructions for how to dilute it for babies on the label-definitely not to be recommended now!0 -
I dilute it up to a litre with water and use it to make hot chocolate.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I make rice pudding in the slow cooker with evap, also add a bit to smooth leek and potato/veg soup - makes it nice and creamy.Over futile odds
